Upgrading the Holy Water Zamzam Filtration System: The Successful Replacement and Installation of Cooling Towers and Dosing Systems in Mecca
Recently, our team at Triwa in partnership with Advanced Circle was given the opportunity to work on a prestigious project related to the holy water Zamzam in the holy city of Mecca. The project required the replacement of a single unit cooling tower and the supply and installation of 4 dosing & blow down systems for 4 cooling towers.
The cooling towers are an essential component in the water filtration and treatment process for the holy water Zamzam. They are responsible for removing heat from the water, which is then cooled and reused. The existing cooling tower was outdated and in need of replacement to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the filtration system.
Our team began the project by carefully removing the old cooling tower and disposing of it in an environmentally friendly manner. We then installed the new cooling tower, which was designed to meet the specific needs of the filtration system and the local environment.
In addition to the replacement of the cooling tower, we also installed 4 dosing & blow down systems on the 4 cooling towers. These systems are responsible for controlling the level of dissolved solids in the water and for removing any impurities that may have accumulated in the cooling towers. The dosing & blow down systems are automated and can be remotely monitored and adjusted to ensure optimal performance.
Throughout the project, we worked closely with the client to ensure that all work was completed to their satisfaction. Our team made sure to use the best quality materials and equipment, and all work was completed to the highest safety standards.
